Grind House Recordings was established in 2016 with the intent of putting out hip hop records that would hold artistic integrity. The idea is to put out records that are timeless and will continue to be relevant through the years, much like Nas’ “Illmatic” release that is still impactful two decades later. The brand is be gritty but still has a modernistic approach. The imagery is gritty matched with the clean-put-together logo mark.
